For private insurance, please obtain a pre-authorization letter from your insurer. We understand that schedules may need to be adjusted, and we strive to be flexible. We appreciate advance notice. If you provide us with 24 hours or more notice, there is no charge for changing or canceling a trip. For cancellations made without this notice, there is a $25 charge. We do not charge for changes, but due to a busy schedule, we may not always be able to accommodate last-minute adjustments. In the event of a no-show, where a vehicle is dispatched but no one arrives, we will charge a fee. This fee is half the trip cost for return trips and the full cost for one-way trips.
